Brittany Stephen

MA, LPC, MT-BC

Hi there! I’m Brittany, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create deeper connections and find healing through the power of therapy.

My approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, gain insights, and develop the skills needed to thrive.

I specialize in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Music Therapy, two powerful modalities that can foster profound transformation. Whether you’re struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or past traumas, I’ll work with you to identify and address the root causes of your struggles, empowering you to create lasting change.

I’m particularly drawn to the intersection of music and emotions. Music has a unique ability to touch our hearts and express what words sometimes can’t. I’m excited to incorporate music therapy techniques into our sessions, offering you a creative and expressive outlet for healing and growth.

I’m honored to be a part of your journey towards greater well-being and connection. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you’d like to learn more about how I can support you.

Christie Tran

Graduate Counseling Intern

Hi, I’m Christie! I’m a Graduate Counseling Intern currently working toward my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling at Brenau University, and I’m so excited to support clients on their journey toward growth and well-being.

My approach is warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel seen and valued.

Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing and discover new ways to cope, grow, and thrive. My passion is helping children, teens, and adults feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions.

As an intern, I benefit from the support of my supervisor, Shakeia Brodie, LPC, CPCS, which means you’ll have a team dedicated to ensuring you receive the best care. Outside of counseling, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, yoga, and spending quality time with friends and family. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path of growth and resilience.
